- ABSTRACT:
Proposed an analytical method for determining the expected precision lathe processing, taking into account the phenomenon of technological heredity level passage to the application of the matrix method enabling the most complete description of the mechanism of formation of the constituent errors and their mutual influence. Taking into account the mutual influence of the constituent errors occurring in lathe processing, to determine them is proposed methodology allows the calculation of the transform coefficients.

- ABSTRACT:
Generating mechanisms and development laws of functional types of electromechanical energy converters are considered in the article. Authors offer the multilevel phylogenetic model for the analysis of functional evolution at the certain species level. The interrelation between the genetic program and functional evolution of electromechanical objects is shown by the example of the planar electromechanical energy
converters. Comparison of the modeling results with evolutionary experiment is presented in the paper. Authors give the recommendations about the use of the research results in the tasks of creation of genetic data-banks of innovations, and in the tasks of genetic foresight of new types of energy converters

- ABSTRACT:
The followings were studied, the structure, phase composition, microhardness and depth of hardalloyed coating on the samples and details, obtained by polystyrene foam casting by gasified models, on a work surface which is applied with powdered solid carbide. It was established that the heat treatment of such products with dual phase recrystallization increases abrasive wear resistance 1,7 ÷ 1,8 times greater.

The results of the implementation of the genetic and morphological approach in relation to the gripping devices of industrial robots and manipulators used in robotic complexes and systems are given. The results are illustrated on the examples of the description and synthesis of gripping devices for manipulation with fragile, soft, non-rigid and glass objects with the application of various environments and fields in power path.

- ABSTRACT:
The article represents the results of theoretical research of power characteristics of the wide-range eccentric keyless grip socket synthesized with application of genetic-and-morphological approach. Authors show that the emergence principle is realized using the universal genetic operators of crossing and crossover. According with the emergence principle the union of subsets of converters in a new set (hybrid structure) allowed to receive new properties – increase of rapidity and a range extension at decrease in diametrical dimensions.
