  • ABSTRACT: In this work asymmetric and conventional rolled 1050 aluminum alloy sheet was investigated. Three different types of rolling were studied: conventional rolling, asymmetric rolling continues and asymmetric rolling reverse. The influence of crystallographic orientation of the grains and dislocation structure developed during plastic deformation on the mechanical behavior of the material was analyzed using X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The visco-plastic self consistent model was used to quantify the effect of crystallographic texture on the stress-strain curves obtained in tensile tests performed on the rolled samples before and after heat treatment.

  • ABSTRACT: In order to improve data processing efficiency in technology of multilayer fire safety monitoring multilayer models of fire fighting process characteristics are proposed for use as algorithms of information form transformation (AIFT). Method of multilayer synthesis based on hierarchic combining of models of one object into integrated AIFT allows to compensate low informational content of input data through formation of effective connections between indices.

  • ABSTRACT: Reporting on the phenomenon of "technological heredity" in the design of manufacturing processes is impossible without the develop- ment of methods for evaluating the accuracy. Based on the analysis of the methods for the determination of the inaccuracy of the mechanical treatment, it has been found that the use of analytical and computational method is advantageous because of most real account of manufac- turing conditions, characteristics of machining operations, and can be applied to various methods of treatment.
