- ABSTRACT:
One of the most reliable ways to destroy harmful compounds based on their catalytic oxidation involving catalysts for complete oxida-tion. Full oxidation of the organic matter is an irreversible process and therefore toxic substances using a suitable catalyst, are converted to innocuous products - CO2 , and H2 O. This article aims to preparation and characterization of the nickel oxide systems, with application to the purification of fluids (in particular water) by complete catalytic oxidation.

- ABSTRACT:
There are not found investigations about objective mathematical evaluation of the type of olive oils by using only the color parameters, with-out using chemical parameters. By applying discriminant analysis it is possible to help selections in the establishment of the type of olive oils. By applying statistical methods it has been proved a difference in physico-chemical characteristics of olive oils from different types and different countries. It gives a base for effective description of different types of olive oils by means of discriminant analysis. For better visual interpretation of results canonic analysis has been applied.

- ABSTRACT:
Since the high bandwidth and popular usage are the characteristics of cable television network, it becomes one of the main solutions for residential network. The cable television network is a kind of asymmetric bandwidth architecture, which generates certain performance issues. This paper discusses the issues stemmed from asymmetric bandwidth. It briefly introduces Data over Cable Service Interface Specifications (DOCSIS) standard, which is the most popular standard for cable television network today. The rest of the paper discusses the operations and mechanisms in DOCSIS that solve those performance issues and some other possible improvements.

SYNTHESIS AND SIMULATION OF CODER-DECODER FROM BINARY NRZ TO DIFFERENCIAL CODE

- ABSTRACT:
This paper presents the essence of the primary binary codes of the digital signal and also of basics of differential coding. A structural- functional diagram of coder-decoder from binary NRZ to differential code and vice versa is presented. A circuit (model) of coder-decoder with TTL integrated circuits (ICs) and logic elements has been synthesized. The obtained simulation results are shown using Electronics Workbench Pro software.
