  • ABSTRACT: In the article new conceptual approach of presentation of kreativnogo thought is offered for further realization in the intelligence systems with the use of systematization of Flinna and new look to the financial point, as carrier of genetic data at the synthesis of the difficult developing anthropogenic systems. New approach of design with writing of structural genetic formulas is evidently illustrated on the example of structural synthesis of kinematics of the longitudinal sharpening communicating chisels and it can be widespread at the use of different instruments.

THE TEMPERATURE INFLUENCE ON OPERATING IN HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS

  • ABSTRACT: The work is devoted to the influence of temperature on the operation of hydraulic systems. An important part of the hydraulic system, which largely determines its characteristics, is the pump. The gear pump with external involute gearing, which is widely used in the hydraulic drive of mobile machines, has the property of forming a trapped volume during operation, in which various hydrodynamic phenomena occur. It has been experimentally established that the intensity of cavitation that appears in trapped volume increases with increasing temperature of the working fluid, which may lead to an increase in the pressure pulsations in the hydraulic system. In the article, the proposed calculation method for mobile drives gives an opportunity to predict the time of operation of the source system elements

INFLUENCE OF SURFACE ROUGHNESS OF CHANNEL ON FRICTION COEFFICIENT OF ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTING FLUIDS

  • TITLE: INFLUENCE OF SURFACE ROUGHNESS OF CHANNEL ON FRICTION COEFFICIENT OF ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTING FLUIDS
  • AUTHOR(S): Asiman Mamedov1, Serhiy Stas2
  • ABSTRACT: In this article we elucidate method for estimating the effect of surface roughness for a case in which conductive liquid flows in the channel. In case of using conductive and electrically insulating silicon-organic coatings with the purpose of tracking their effect on the coefficient of friction and pressure loss in the channel with availability of a transverse magnetic field are considered. For general case of fluid flow in the channel are used equations which show determination of the pressure drop and the coefficient of resistance. In case of a stabilized flow task can be solved by solving a simplified equation of motion.

TEMPERATURE INFLUENCE ON CAVITATIONAL MASS TRANSFER IN THE CHANNEL OF LAVAL NOZZLE TYPE

  • TITLE: TEMPERATURE INFLUENCE ON CAVITATIONAL MASS TRANSFER IN THE CHANNEL OF LAVAL NOZZLE TYPE
  • AUTHOR(S): O. Luhovskyi, I. Nochnichenko, O. Jakhno, D. Kostiuk
  • ABSTRACT: Based on the results of experimental studies of cavitation treatment of oil in a cavitation device, hydrodynamic small bubble cavitation was observed. A stand was developed to test the operation of the device to determine its performance and to visualize the appearance of cavitation. A study of a hydrodynamic cavitation device showed a significant effect of temperature and as a result of a change in viscosity to cavitation processes.
