IMPEDANCE FREQUENCY RESPONSE MEASUREMENT WITH MATLAB IMPLEMENTATION
- AUTHOR(S):
H. Zhivomirov, I. Iliev
- ABSTRACT:
In the present paper a Matlab®-based program is developed for measuring the impedance frequency response of two-port circuits using data acquisition system NI USB-6211, Matlab® Data Acquisition Toolbox and Matlab® Signal Processing Toolbox. A brief theoretical analysis is given including the concept of complex impedance and frequency response, the Maximum Likelihood method for signal amplitude and phase estimation, and a simple method for phase correction due to non-instantaneous sampling in DAQ-system. Block diagrams of the experimental setup and the program algorithm are presented. A comparison and analysis between the theoretical and experimental data has been made and conclusions about the measurements are drawn. The proposed Matlab® program can be downloaded for free, from the link given at the end of the paper. With slight alterations in the program code the latter could be used for frequency response measurements of four-port circuits.

THE METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO THE DETERMINATION OF SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THE MAIN FACTORS OF THE COMPETITIVE POSITION OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY
- AUTHOR(S):
U. M. Nikonenko
- ABSTRACT:
The article deals with scientific approaches to determining the essence of the concept of "competition", the different types of competition, generalized approaches to classifications of economic competition are highlighted. The comparative description of basic market structures is presented, the definition of the concept of "competitive environment" as an integral part of the market economy, and determining the
economic category of "competitive position" is given. The main signs of competitiveness as one of the criteria of economic entity efficiency are considered.

A. R. Bakhiyev, I. A. Bakiyeva, Z. A. Abdurahmonova
- ABSTRACT:
The practical adoption of reforms and the development of agriculture in Uzbekistan are considered in the paper. The authors emphasized the importance of the policy being held in the Republic for improving agricultural operations not only due to the production of feedstock in the agricultural sector, but also due to the development of small enterprises specialized in the production of competitive goods, as well as the production of semi-ready products for improving farm productivity.

ROAD SURFACE REFLECTION PROPERTIES OF TYPICAL FOR BULGARIA PAVEMENT MATERIALS
- AUTHOR(S):
I. Petrinska
- ABSTRACT:
The luminance of asphalt road surfaces is a function of the horizontal illuminance and the reflection properties of the surface at any point. The reflection properties of the road surfaces depend on their physical condition, age and type (components and roughness of the surface). The current standards and recommendations are based on the luminance of the road surface and its distribution along the road.
This distribution depends to a great degree on the reflection properties of the road. The existing standard tables of reflection of the road surfaces are not valid for all the road conditions. The cracked and old surfaces are typical for Bulgaria, which means that the reflection tables, given by the standard will not lead to a proper design of street lighting systems. The aim of the current investigation is description of
the real reflectance characteristics of typical for Bulgaria road surfaces, according to their age, fracture of the materials and condition.

POWER CONTROL SCHEMES FOR DEVICE-TO-DEVICE COMMUNICATIONS IN 5G MOBILE NETWORKS

- ABSTRACT:
Device-to-device (D2D) communications integrated into cellular networks is a means to take advantage of the proximity of devices and thereby to increase the user bitrates and system capacity. D2D communications has recently been proposed for the 3GPP Lon g Term Evolution (LTE) system as a method to increase the spectrum- and energy-efficiency. Device-to-device (D2D) communication has the potential of increasing the system capacity, energy efficiency and achievable peak rates while reducing the end-to-end latency. To realize these gains, are proposed resource allocation (RA) and power control (PC) approaches that show near optimal performance in terms of spectral or energy efficiency.
