- ABSTRACT:
An integrated approach for building a system for management of university learning process is presented in this paper and new strategies for establishment of a schedule of classes are developed. The system provides 12 banks of data, strategies, methods and algorithms that include everything needed for optimal compiling of the learning process schedules. Only the bank for assessment of the e conomic indicators is not included. Ten strategies for establishing the optimal schedule of classes and 23 objective functions are presented.

Abstract. Raising of the rate of production and export of fresh and processed fruit and vegetable in Uzbekistan, implementation of the existing potential in this area may be an important factor in the growth and diversification of exports, reduce the vulnerability of the macroeconomic situation of the unstable market situation on the world, create new jobs and increase the real incomes of the population, especially in countryside. All this will contribute not only to accelerate the pace of economic growth, but also the strengthening of macroeconomic and social stability. However, the analysis shows that there is an urgent need for further deepening of reforms in the sphere of production and sale of fresh and processed fruit and vegetable products.

- ABSTRACT:
The most perspective method for driving of induction motors is the frequency control. The semiconductor frequency converters are the main technical solution to implement it. The three-phase inverter bridge scheme with transistor – diode elements are the most used frequency converter components for control of alternative current rotating machines using the principle of sinusoidal pulse width modulation – SPWM.
The paper deals with results of study on current harmonic components in induction motor drive with SPWM control based on simulation model in MATLAB-Simulink environment.

INVESTIGATION OF THE RELIABILITY OF THE CABLE TELEVISION HEADEND USING A MARKOV PROCESSES

- ABSTRACT:
The security of a communication system is the system's ability to resist the external destabilizing factors and impacts, as well as the internal changes that can lead to emergency operation. The security according to the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) is normally integrated under the conditions of reliability. The reliability of various kinds of obj ects (components, systems, devices, products, etc.) is investigated by applying established in the science and practice approaches, methods and
means. They differ depending on what mathematical approach for modeling and processing of results is used, on what kind of object they are addressed (analog, digital or mixed), how the faults are defined, only the safety assessment after failure is evaluated or just the reliability etc. The main objective of this study is the modeling of reliability of the cable TV headend, which is system with capability for performance recovery after failure. The method of Markov chains is used for this purpose.

Innovative methods for measuring the heartbeat allow development of systems for remote monitoring and thereby a doctor can observe a large number of patients simultaneously without attending in person. In this way can avoid deterioration of health in case the measured values of heart rate.
