  • ABSTRACT: This paper lines down some challenges for Bulgarian technical universities in the light of the Lisbon strategy, the strategy "Europe 2020" and the National Strategy for the Development of Research (2009-2019). An attempt was made to outline the tendencies of the partnership forms in the field of scientific and technological developments. On this base are indicated guidelines for research in the sphere of the partnership with technical universities.
