| ABSTRACT |
| The analysis of known and proposed approach to the search for new universal rotary devices that can be used in subtractive and additive technologies is performed. It is emphasized that the use of the modular principle allows to significantly reduce the time and costs of creating universal rotating devices as part of a multifunctional smart mini-factory. |
